The food quality at lunch and dinner is superb.
My stay was marred by constant noise from the kitchen, which went on from early morning until late at night. The standard double room lacked basic maintenance with broken fixtures and a toilet that did not flush properly. the lack of cleanliness and attention from the front desk left me feeling unwelcome.

Mixed feelings about this
The ambience enchants with vintage charm , and the staff's attentiveness transforms your stay into a memorable experience. Breakfast options tantalizingly cater to various tastes, ensuring satisfaction.
My major concern was the inconsistent hot water supply which disrupted relaxation. Limited WiFi access confined to public areas hindered connectivity for those needing it.

Amazing Views and Service!
Had a fab time! The staff was super friendly, especially Mr Girish, who made us feel at home right away. The view from our Deluxe Queen Room was absolutely breathtaking. The Earl's Secret restaurant served delicious meals, but wow, they were a bit pricey. One thing though, it could get a little noisy in the dining area at peak times.

I stayed in a Deluxe Bungalow for 2 nights, and it felt super cozy. The room had an authentic vintage charm, very much a throwback to the early 1900s. The fireplace was a nice touch, perfect for the chilly nights, and I really appreciated the hot water bottles provided. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking Ooty's hills. The only thing was that I would have liked a bit more attention to the small maintenance aspects. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay for sure.
